What is ISO9001？
ISO9001 is an international standard related to quality management system, which was revised in 2008. The standard requires a system that product / service which meet the requirements of the customers can be provided stably.
What is a quality management system?
In order to meet the customer's requests, the organization needs to absorb information about the requests and provide products and services which reflect all the requests. It is called 「Process」in ISO. In order to meet customers’ constantly changing requests, continuously improves the process is called a quality management system.
