SIM does not disclose or provide the personal information to third parties. However there may be a case to be provided to subcontractors in order to achieve the above purpose of utilizing of personal information. Also if there is a request in the course of cooperation with national or local government officials or mandated agents in complying with legal requirements, personal information would be provided to the authorities in the execution of their duties.
Disclosure, Modification, and Suspension of use of Personal Information
In the event customer requests personal information to be disclosed, corrected, deleted or suspended, the Company shall perform such actions without delay pursuant to law.
